There’s no booking form to wrestle with and no obligation. A short email is enough to get a tailored quote. Once you’re happy, a deposit confirms your date and vehicle, and you settle the balance on the day. We handle park entry, admissions, payments and pickups so your day runs smoothly.

Payment and deposit
A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is paid on the day of the tour; we accept common payment methods and can quote in USD or Kenyan shillings.
Quoted prices are all-inclusive of the private vehicle, guide, park entry and any stated admissions — no surprise gate fees. We’ll confirm accepted payment methods and the deposit amount with your quote. Lunch, gratuities and personal extras are the only things typically settled separately.
Changes and cancellations
Need to move a date or adjust group size? Contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate; cancellation terms are shared with your quote.
Plans change — we understand. Reach out as soon as you can and we’ll rebook where availability allows. Specific deposit and cancellation terms depend on the tour and timing, and are set out clearly when we send your quote so there are no surprises.
