Details

Payment, changes & what’s included

Quoted prices are per person and include the private vehicle, guide, park entry and any stated admissions — no surprise gate fees. Lunch (unless stated), tips and personal extras are the usual exceptions.

A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is paid on the day; accepted payment methods and the deposit amount are shared with your quote. Plans change — contact us as early as you can and we’ll do our best to rebook; specific deposit and cancellation terms are set out clearly with every quote.

How quickly will you reply?
Most enquiries are answered within about 24 hours. If you’re travelling very soon, mention it in your message and we’ll prioritise your request.
Do I have to pay in full to book?
No. A deposit secures your date, guide and vehicle, and you pay the balance on the day of the tour. Accepted payment methods and the deposit amount are confirmed with your quote.
Are your prices per person and all-inclusive?
Yes. Quotes are per person for your group size and include the private vehicle, guide, park entry and any stated admissions. Lunch, tips and personal extras are separate.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes — we collect from JKIA and Wilson Airport as well as any Nairobi hotel. Door-to-door transfers are included in tour prices, which makes us a great option for layovers.
Can you create a custom itinerary?
Absolutely. Every tour is private, and we regularly build custom days combining the park, Sheldrick, the Giraffe Centre, Karen, Bomas and multi-day safaris — just tell us what you’d like in the form.
