Children, students and infants
Children pay roughly half the adult rate (US$40 non-resident), and student groups may qualify for reduced rates with valid ID. Very young infants are typically free — confirm with KWS.

Vehicle entry fees
Vehicles pay a separate small fee based on seat capacity — roughly KES 300 for a car of up to six seats. On a guided tour this is included in your price.

Validity, gates and opening hours
A ticket is valid for single entry over 24 hours; the park gates open at about 06:00 and close in the evening, with last entry in the afternoon.
Entry is single-use per day — if you leave the park you generally can’t re-enter on the same ticket, so tours are planned to exit only when finished (for example to reach Sheldrick). Early entry at opening gives the best wildlife. The main gate is on Lang’ata Road; other gates include East Gate (near JKIA) and the Lang’ata Gate.
