Best time to go
The dry seasons (late June–October and January–February) are best: wildlife concentrates around the swamps, tracks are firm, and Kilimanjaro is most often visible.
In the dry months animals gather at Amboseli’s permanent swamps, making for dense, reliable sightings, and clearer skies improve mountain views. The green season is quieter and beautiful, with newborns and migrant birds, though clouds can hide the summit more often. We’ll advise for your dates.
